Culpeper Medical Associates L.L.C. has a central billing office located at 14115 Lovers Lane, Suite 100, Culpeper, VA 22701 to handle all the financial functions of your physician's practice. Patient account representatives can be reached Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM, by calling (540) 825-8849.We participate with many major insurance carriers and ask that you present your current insurance card to the receptionist at each office visit. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier, therefore, the fee for service ultimately remains your responsibility. We expect payment for applicable co-payments, deductibles, non-covered charges and remaining balances at the time of your office visit. We will file your primary insurance claim for you. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
