Born in West Tennessee, Dr. Bush has 16 years of practice experience in Internal Medicine. Dr. Bush is residency trained in Internal Medicine and is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians.  He has completed a yearlong research fellowship with the FDA. Prior to entering the medical field, Dr. Bush was an electrical engineer and obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration while working as an engineer.  He obtained his M.D. Degree from the University of Tennessee College for the Health Sciences. He has held several positions working with quality improvement and health care management. He and his family located to the Culpeper/Locust Grove area in April of 2001 and joined Wilderness Medical Center. Dr. Bush practices Internal Medicine with an interest in diabetes, elevated cholesterol and hypertension.
