Dr. Reynolds was born in Baltimore, Maryland.  He has lived in Culpeper since 1980 when he joined Culpeper Family Practice.  He was voted “Doctor of the Year” at Culpeper Regional Hospital in 2010.  His wife, Charla, is a speech pathologist and they have two grown sons.  Dr. Reynolds is an elder of the Culpeper Presbyterian Church and a member of the missions committee.  He enjoys biking, skiing and traveling.
