Paying Your Bill
Our billing agent, UPG offers multiple methods for patients to make a payment. All major credit cards and personal checks are accepted for all the following methods:
Online
- Online Quick payments may be made to your account by providing your Medical Record Number (MRN)and Zip code. Any payments made will be applied to your statement balance.Click to pay your bill.
By Phone

By Mail
- Payments may be sent to P.O. Box 9008, Charlottesville, VA 22906-9008. Please detach and include the upper portion of your statement with any payments.
