We participate with many major insurance carriers and ask that you present your current insurance card to the receptionist at each office visit. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier, therefore, the fee for service ultimately remains your responsibility.  We expect payment for applicable  deductibles, co-payments, non-covered charges and remaining balances at the time of your office visit. If we participate with your primary insurance carrier, we will file the appropriate reimbursement claim for you.
